In 2001, Managing Partner Rick Davis gathered a team of professionals with similar backgrounds that recognized a critical need to help firms grow and thrive in a volatile, challenging economy.

Since that time, Divine has specialized in mentoring service practitioners (attorneys, engineers, consultants, accountants, etc.) to think beyond technical proficiency and understand the critical role relationship-building plays in their businesses. Rick first experienced this common challenge over a decade ago when he helped lead the culture change that enabled a Big Four accounting firm to win significantly more than their share and dominate the competition.
